Perhaps you could be careful to judge less, some thoughts are like uninvited guests that are better left at home. It would be a shame if your comments made someone think they weren't good enough. Many people find nice words, while your comment is, well, let's say, a bit clumsy in the direction of body-shaming.
By the way, "sissy" is a term that gay men like to use for themselves, and in the trans* community it can really put your foot in your mouth!
