Her name was Elizabeth "Libby" Hoeller. She was at University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2000-2004, where these were filmed. She got married in 2015 so she is Libby Huwiler now.

Once I found a photo of her out with some friends at a bar that was on Facebook I decided it was too far and had extended in to stalker territory. We were fortunate to have her at the expense of her privacy by a douche boyfriend, and should leave it at that.

Her real name might be Elizabeth Heller. I searched and found a Lizzy Heller that went to University of Wisconsin-Madison. It looks like it could be her.

One of the first big webcam videos on the internet. Allegedly her BF leaked them to get back for her cheating or it was her BF's roommate who leaked them for other reasons.
