This is legendery Czech classic film calls Postřižiny / Cutting It Short but it´s normal film and very good film. Only this scene is more sexual ;)

This is little bit of strange. He raise the skirt of his girlfriend in front of his friends displaying her panties and spanks on her panty-clad bottom. Later she herself lowers her panties displaying her bare bottom. May be this OK in Euorope.
