This reminds me of a publication from the 70´s about Morbus Kobold. Kobold was a famous producer of vacuum cleaners. The clue was, that the fan blades were very close to the suction entry of the of the housing. So there were really quite a bunch of guys who found out that their cock was long enough to get special treatment of the engine. I mean ripped of foreskins and nuts. The really funny thing about were the stories, the guys told their surgeons about how they managed to get their cock into the vacuum cleaners.
