Not much weight, that thing is made of plastic and can be filled with water. If it's too heavy it will rip your nipples off. Trust me I've tried.

Way too short and yes, have no idea how much weight is used. Were any more longer videos made? hope so. the sound makes all the difference. Hope there was a series with more weight in each one.
